Filmwhys #52 Primer and The Punisher

Episode 52 of the Why Haven’t You Seen This Film Podcast where my guest is Jason Soto from Your Face! who asks me why I hadn’t seen Primer, one of the most realistic examinations of how time travel might eventually work in the real world. And in return, I ask him why he hadn’t seen the 1989 Punisher starring 80’s action star Dolph Lundgren that never really got released in the US. And in return, he asks me why I hadn’t seen Primer one of the most realistic examinations of how time travel might eventually work in the real world.

Click here to listen, or as always you can listen and subscribe to the show through iTunes, Stitcher, or PodOmatic and as always I appreciate it if you give the show a like, thumbs up, and a review however you listen. I also have a Filmwhys page in the main menu of this site where you can read the origins, find information on how to be a guest on the show, and also the show archives where the shows go to (eventually) after they are rotated off of the regular PodOmatic feed. Until next time, this has been Bubbawheat for Flights, Tights, and Movie Nights.

  1. Lol. These two films certainly make for an interesting combo.

    • It was a fun conversation. I pride myself on some of the really bizarre combinations when they happen, they are often more entertaining than having double features that are more similar to each other in some way.

  2. Oh you definitely need to see ‘Primer’ and he needs to ‘The Punisher.’ However, I don’t know if a lot of people have seen ‘Primer.’ It’s definitely a cult film.
